Requests or official enquires regarding studies should be submitted in the Dean’s Office. There are a few templates of request forms:
- enrollment to classes
- the request for removed from classes
- the request for individual organization of studies
- the request for leave of absence
- the request to be removed from the list of students
- the request for board examination
- the request for fee reduction
- request for retaking year
- request for conditional pass
- notification of intent to write a thesis
- payment in installments
Application forms for diploma exam:
Submitting MSc thesis: The electronic version of the thesis should be submitted online to the Diploma Theses Archive along with an abstract, keywords and title in English. The name of the file should be: 08-M-PAA-id number.pdf .A printed version should be provided to the supervisor and/or reviewer, if they requested such copies. A PDF of the final version of the thesis should be sent to the dean’s office.
