Explore the Universe with the PandA MSc Program
Physics and Astronomy (PandA) is an interdisciplinary MSc program conducted in English over four semesters. The program prepares students for careers in academic research as well as in sectors such as industry and education—fields where analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
The PandA curriculum features a wide range of engaging courses, including lectures, seminars, and laboratory classes, integrating modules from both physics and astronomy. Students gain comprehensive knowledge of advanced topics—ranging from atoms and molecules to the large-scale structure and evolution of the Universe. The program is closely linked to the cutting-edge research conducted at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Informatics, giving students access to the latest developments in the field.
Each student can personalize their study path by choosing from a variety of elective courses to match their academic interests and career ambitions. Participation in active research groups is also encouraged, offering hands-on experience and insight into real-world scientific exploration.
