Laboratory of Physical Fundamentals of Microelectronics

The classes take place on the first floor of the Institute of Physics at the Laboratory of Physical Fundamentals of Microelectronics. The lab’s head is doctor Anna Zawadzka. The Laboratory is a place where practical classes are conducted concerning creation of microelectronic and optoelectronic structures and characterizing them by means of optical and electrical methods.
