Laboratory of Distributed Control Systems

The Laboratory serves as a practical supplement to the lectures in “Distributed Control Systems”. Along with the lecture, it is a continuation of the lecture and laboratory of Computer Control Systems. The Laboratory consists of 6 sites involving control systems with PLC drivers manufactured by Rockwell and Siemens. The classes allow students to gain more detailed knowledge of PLC drivers programming techniques, with special focus on designing visual controlling-steering apps on operating panels. The sites are equipped with physical objects, such as motors, manipulator, sewage plant model etc.
