The fees are structured to encourage preregistration. All payments should
be made in Polish Zloty (PLN), US dollars ($) or for the equivalent of
the US dollar amount. The conference fee, including accompanying persons'
fee, should be paid by bank transfer or cheque. It will be possible also
to pay fees by cash (Polish Zloty only) at the registration desk.

It will be necessary for all payments made by cheque to include a processing
charge:
for account cheques: 1% of the amount, but not less then $2,
for Eurocheques: $8 (only cheques made in currency of issue will
be accepted).
Confirmation: Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive
a confirmation of registration.
Cancellation: Registration may be cancelled up to June 1, in which case an 85% refund
of the fee already paid will be made. There is no guarantee of any refund
if a cancellation is received after this date.
Accommodation, meals and other
activities.
There is a choice of two kinds of accomodation:
hotel: single
room: $ 50 per day (breakfast included)
double
room (two persons): $ 70 per day (breakfast included)
student's hostel : single room: 30 PLN (approx. $8) per day
double room (two persons) : 50 PLN (approx.$13) per day
All accommodation bills will be paid in situ.
The number of hotel rooms is limited and reservation (without an
additional fee) before April 1, 1998 will
be necessary on the registration form
provided (don't use the hotel link above to make the reservation)
with the printed version of second announcement. Reservations will
be valid only if the conference fee is paid and on first pay, first serve
basis.
Lunches, suppers and breakfasts at student's hostels are optional.
Tickets will be available at conference desk for a moderate price.
After the Conference, an optional trip to Malbork or Gdansk will be organised.
The approximate fee will be $ 50 per person.
