Every year since 1991 ENNS organizes the International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks (ICANN), and promotes scientific activities at the national level in cooperation with national organizations.
- 20th ICANN will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, September 15-18, to be chaired by Konstantinos Diamantaras and Wlodek Duch, with Programme Committee chair Lazaros Iliadis.
- 19th ICANN 2009 was organized in Limassol, Cyprus, September 14-17, chaired by Marios Polycarpou and Christos Panayiotou.
- 18th ICANN 2008 was held in Prague, Czech Republic, September 3-6, 2008, chaired by Vera Kurkova, Roman Neruda and Jan Koutnik.
- 17th ICANN 2007, September 9-13, Porto, Portugal; a few photos; special issue of Neural Networks on Computational and Biological Inspired Neural Networks
